Effective 10 September 2026Dubai Property Partners is the controller of personal information collected through this website and through direct conversations arising from it. We operate from Dubai, United Arab Emirates and serve prospective buyers internationally.

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, approximate budget, buying timescale, investment objective, property preferences, funding intentions and the content of messages you send. Investor Club members may also save property shortlists, comparison selections, calculation scenarios, learning progress, email preferences and account activity. If you proceed, we may also request identity, address, source of funds and transaction information where necessary for due diligence, legal obligations or coordination with a developer, broker, lender or professional adviser.
We may receive basic technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed and interaction data if analytics or security services are enabled. We do not intentionally request special category information through the website.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, understand your objectives, arrange consultations, identify potentially relevant property, coordinate viewings or transactions, maintain records, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, improve our service and protect the website.
Depending on the circumstances, our basis may be your request to take steps before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in operating and improving a responsible property service, or your consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
We will not add you to general promotional email, SMS or WhatsApp campaigns merely because you send an enquiry. If we offer property updates or other direct marketing, we will request a separate, specific choice where consent is required. Consent will not be preselected or made a condition of receiving an enquiry response.
Every marketing message will identify the sender and provide a simple way to unsubscribe or object. Service messages concerning an active enquiry or transaction are not marketing, but we will not use that description to disguise promotional messages.
Your right to object: You may object at any time to our use of your personal information for direct marketing. We will stop that use.
Where relevant to your request or transaction, we may share necessary information with X C P T REAL ESTATE L.L.C, our RERA registered brokerage partner, and with selected Dubai developers, property sellers, conveyancers, mortgage specialists, currency providers, tax advisers, property managers, technology suppliers and authorities. We share only what is reasonably needed and expect recipients to protect it.
Some recipients act independently and provide their own privacy information. We are not responsible for how an independent professional uses information after you instruct them directly.
We operate in the United Arab Emirates, so information sent by an overseas visitor may be accessed and stored outside the visitor's home country. Property transactions may also require information to be handled by organisations in the UAE or another country. We will use appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards where required and will provide further information on request.

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, follow up, legal obligations and dispute protection. A routine enquiry that does not proceed will normally be reviewed for deletion within 24 months. Investor Club account information is retained while the account remains active and then reviewed for deletion, subject to records that must be retained separately. Transaction, compliance and financial records may be retained longer where law or professional requirements apply.
Enquiries and internal follow up notes are stored in our access controlled customer relationship system. Investor Club, partner and CRM accounts use separate sessions and permissions. Password derived verifiers are protected in storage, recovery links are single use and account pages are excluded from search engines. Access is limited to authorised Dubai Property Partners personnel. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
When you submit the private buyer brief, the details you enter are processed by our website hosting and form delivery providers, saved in our private customer relationship system and sent to our business inbox. We use this information to respond to your request, record relevant communications and manage follow up.
If you arrive through an approved partner referral link, a secure referral cookie may record the partner code for up to 30 days. It is used only to attribute an eligible enquiry and does not create payment for a click or visit. A partner who introduces you directly must have your permission to share your contact details. Once a valid lead is accepted in the CRM, its attribution may remain attached to the related sales journey after the cookie expires. The partner portal shows limited lead progress and does not expose our internal notes.
Google Analytics loads on public pages only if you choose to allow analytics. Google Ads loads only if you also allow advertising measurement. These choices control optional analytics and advertising storage; advertising personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled. We do not send your enquiry contact details or message to Google, and we remove query strings and fragments from measured page addresses.
Google Analytics and Google Ads are excluded from CRM, Investor Club and affiliate account pages, including sign in and recovery pages. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the website footer or control cookies through your browser. Google provides further information in its Privacy Policy.
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent. Some rights are limited where we must retain information for law, compliance or legal claims. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may update this notice when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
