Separate the types of evidence
- Listing particulars
- Developer or seller information about a project or available property. A starting price may apply to one unit type; it is not a valuation or an offer for every unit.
- Completed transactions
- A recorded sale or tenancy. A useful comparison identifies the source, date, building, size and unit type. We do not describe asking prices as achieved transactions.
- Editorial analysis
- Our explanation of trade-offs, questions and practical considerations. An editorial review date does not establish the date of a market data sample.
- Scenario assumptions
- Inputs used to explore an outcome. Calculator defaults are illustrations and must be replaced with evidence for the proposed property.
What a property quotation should contain
Ask for the exact unit identifier, tenure, size and plan, price, fees, payment milestones, contractual handover, availability date and supporting documents. Where a structured field is missing, an example from the description is labelled as such.
Research responsibility
Public guides are published by Dubai Property Partners. Consult a suitably qualified independent professional for personal legal, tax, mortgage or financial advice. The website's general guidance does not replace their review.
Our commercial role
Dubai Property Partners works with its disclosed licensed brokerage partner. The role and commercial relationship for a proposed transaction must be explained before proceeding. Developer names and logos do not independently establish endorsement.
